Application Checklist
Gather these documents before applying to speed up your approval
Income Verification
- Most recent 30 days of pay stubs
- W-2 forms from the past 2 years
- Federal tax returns from the past 2 years
- If self-employed: profit & loss statements and business tax returns
Asset Documentation
- Bank statements from the past 2 months (all pages)
- Investment and retirement account statements
- Documentation of gift funds (if applicable)
- Proof of earnest money deposit
Identification & Credit
- Valid government-issued photo ID
- Social Security number
- Authorization to pull credit report
- Explanation letters for any credit inquiries or derogatory items
Property Information
