Application Checklist

Gather these documents before applying to speed up your approval

  • Most recent 30 days of pay stubs
  • W-2 forms from the past 2 years
  • Federal tax returns from the past 2 years
  • If self-employed: profit & loss statements and business tax returns

Asset Documentation

  • Bank statements from the past 2 months (all pages)

Identification & Credit
